WELCOME TO DIVORCE & FAMILY MEDIATION

              Professionally, I do nothing other than mediate matrimonial cases.  For more than 37 years, I have been an attorney, most of that time with a practice concentrated in the area of divorce, family, matrimonial law.  During that time, I was aware of many positive things attorneys did for clients, helping them through extremely difficult times in their lives.  But I also became aware of how costly and destructive the litigation process can be.  As my practice evolved, I became increasingly aware that there were constructive less costly ways to resolve issues that did not involve litigation.  One of those ways involves mediation.  For the last 20 years or so of my legal career, I have been drawn toward more alternative dispute resolution rather than litigation.  Now I have given up litigation entirely.  I am a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, and I am limiting my professional practice exclusively to divorce and family mediation.
